Relic Shield

So I was having trouble with the item Relic Shield with Thresh and it seems so hard to use it and would never proc for my adc and cause them to miss a lot of CS .

I don't know if its a bug or not but if anyone has an idea to proc it better for thresh please let me know i'd appreciate it thank you. :)

Relic shield's passive has 2 parts, the heal/gold on minion kill and the execute. The execute is for melee basic attacks. Thresh's basic attacks are ranged so he doesn't get the execute. Use flay's passive to help you get the last hit.

use your passive to proc it the reason it wont activate normally is because thresh is ranged
