Losing control of Ezreal every few minutes even though I have fine ping and my Skype call is fine

For some stupid reason every 30 seconds to a minute I lose complete control of my champion and I just stand still. I can still see what is happening in my game (especially when I die because of that) and I can still chat. I get blamed for inting and trolling after this and I have no way to prove that I am seriously bugging out. Can anyone find or figure out a logical explanation for this?
