Quick Discussion On Electrocute Nerf and other Domination tree rune nerfs

Now, I understand these nerfs, and I do feel like they are going to affect champions that do take Electrocute and the Domination tree in general, making the game a whole lot healthier in damage creep. I just wonder if champions that have suffered from nerfs in the past or just the meta shifting in general such as or receive any compensation for these changes, since these nerfs do seem they will gut some damage out of early to mid game assassins and bruisers.
