Ornn forged items don't show up as purchased in shop.

I typically heavily use my own item build and set my items in a certain fashion. When you forge things with Ornn the items don't become purchased in the shop menu. It makes it hard to keep track of where you want to be purchasing or even forging next. Also it doesn't help that the items I would typically consistently forge are never in the forge bar, which forces you to open the shop menu to be able to forge it.
