PLEASE disable swap to default runepages, when masteries are incomplete!!

I dont know how many games are fucked up bcs one didnt complete the masteries (and still can save them!!) If i have thunderlord or whatever is usefull on my champ and everything else correctly set up, but missing one line in second tree .... why do i have to play with complete garbage runes like glacial augment on tryndamere??? If i pick Garen and have manaflowband, the system changes manaflowband to something else in this line since garen has no mana... how is it possible that after 2 years incomplete masteries are not filled randomly and preserving the choices i made? PLS PLS PLS fix that finally!!!!!!!
