Solo queue would be much better if there were decay on early game kill gold

I can't even count how many games snowball out of control within the first 5 minutes, because some lane is 3-0 at level 4 due to bad invades or something equally stupid.

Afterwards, despite having played well and made no mistakes, the person who has to lane against the 3-0 champion often has no possibility of winning or going even, because their opponent stomps them in the numbers game.

Early kills shouldn't have as much impact as they do, especially when they're concentrated on a single champion.
