Hey Tencent, what about balancing the game around Solo Q and not competitive play?

I understand competitive is a very serious thing for league of legends, but the majority of league are casual players.. They tend to balance a game that has over 90 million players, just for a few hundred people.. League solo q will never be like competitive.. so fkn fix this.. ffs.. thats why players quit
