Could we get some love changes for tristana? @Meddler

For the past week, when i've played tristana ive been easily destroyed in lane by almost every adc. Now its not that i need to practice her (i should though), I main her. Could we get the Q and E thing where she lowers the cd on both of them if she E > Q's? Anything is ok. Im not saying her numbers need to be buffed, because she can do insane damage, but maybe just give her QoL changes. (Edit: All of her stats have gone down on champion.gg but her deaths has gone up. It also feels like her itemization is underwhelming)
