Give Old Janna Ulti Back

Old Janna Ulti used to slow enemies who enter the healing circle, and had a longer knock-back range (1000 vs 875). I don't see how the nerfs are warranted now that she is just simply overshadowed by tanky CC supports in competitive play (Tahm Kench, Rakan. Naut).

Secondly, in most cases, it is simply too hazardous for Janna to stay immobile and channel the heal because during that time they can just walk back into range with a move speed buff and kill her in three hits.
