chests and keys

I just woke up that i have 4 chest but 0 keys to open them, altough it says key fragments are won randomly by won matches, but i haven't got a single key fragment for about 2-3 weeks of playing mathces al day long, and i won the majority of them, what can i do??? thx in advance!
