Someone remind me how Corki's balanced.

• Comes to lane, does more damage than everyone with just autos and his Q.

• Hits level 2, gets his E, gets a kill most likely.

• Hits level 3, can't be ganked or lose, and can now kill you easier.

• Buys sheen, becomes more of an assassin than real assassins.

• Buys triforce, is literally unstoppable and one shots everyone.

• Buys gunblade, now cannot die, and one shots you even harder.

• Wins game.

What is his absurd fucking damage? Why does he have it? I know no one plays him so you don't give a fuck, but please explain why he doesn't need a nerf.
