Has anyone ever seen a jayce on the other team and not annoyed?

I think the last time i did was when riven was released. Because she didn't care that he could disengage, engage, harass, poke, kite, and beat you in and out of your range assuming you aren't playing a high range rage and even then if he gets in your face your fucked. or if you happen to beat him in melee range he disengages. (Im a Mid main btw no top salt here)
