Ranked 5s Needs to come back after 6.7

Can a riot worker tell me how you are supposed to practice with a team right now? I'm referring to the changes on diamond/masters/challenger only being able to queue with people within 2 divisions of them. I agree that I'm tired of seeing Diamond 1 and Plat 5 duo queues in my games, but this patch means a lot of teams can't practice together. There are other league of legends tournaments out there, and after patch 6.7, the only real way for teams to play together will be by playing normal games. I'm not trying to start some debate on solo queue, but ranked 5s needs to come back, even if solo queue doesn't.
