I don't know if it's too early to say or not but Sivir just feels to be lacking early on in the damage department compared to some of the newer or more recently buffed ADCs like Caitlyn, Graves, and Lucian. Even if you spellshield one of their moves they still seem to easily out damage me. I know Sivir trades some raw damage output for some utility mainly on spellshield and her ultimate but when you can't compete at all I think there's a problem.
Sivir is meant to be more of a split pusher / team fighter than a duelist.
It is working as intended.
i played her this morning just to test that skin and i was 0/3 against a fed mf i went 1v1 her and i almost oneshoted her until braum came exhausted me and used his passive and e and she survived with like 1/4 hp i was surprised with sivir's dmg myself but idk maybe i got too much crits XD
The main problem is she needs 3 items (excluding boots) to be useful while most adcs only need 2 (or even just 1 sometimes). If a game last long enough to where you can get your 3rd, she's competitive again.
I'm not sure if this would be horrible. But I Kinda want to try an ER build on her. Even though she doesn't quite have the same kit that most caster ADC's have. Her utility will have a much higher up time. (Plus you can use your split push power without going oom.)
