In-Game Bots...

Okay, So over the past 2 weeks I have seen a LARGE number of bots appearing more commonly in-game. I send in reports and I still see the same users using bots. I just got done with a game in which I was 1v4. 4 BOTS OUT OF 5 PLAYERS. I thought really am discouraged from playing at the moment because of all the bots. Is anyone else running into this issue?
