Perm Ban
i did get perm Banned and I was wondering if there is anyone I can get my acount back because of my countless hours I am very sorry for what I did*[slayer-jinx-catface]* ****

you were given warnings. It said you do this again and you get perm'd you pushed through and decided to ruin the game for others. Your fault.
Riot doesn't undo permanent bans
Permanent means PERMANENT as in NEVER EVER EVER well not technically as most of them are or at least they used to be like 100 year or so bans and Riot has jokingly stated that if the game is still active and they manage to live that long then they will be able to play on that account again.
But still it means PERMANENT not "Oh I want to reform now after blowing through half a dozen chances" ban.

How do you know if you are going to get perm? Is there a meter of account standing you can check?
I got banned for two weeks...saw it a bit harsh as I was lv 5 honor too with no warnings for months, I'm usually the kind of player who usually has positive attitude and keeps my own team from surrendering despite how far behind we are.
and guess what got banned for flaming in one game no warnings at all. I was in my promos got camped for 10 straight minutes and lashed out at enemy jungler and got flamed by my own teammates for feeding and got reported. Sucks because season is about to end too and I could have had the honor rewards.
Despite all the positive games you could have on previous games, more good than bad, If 1 game is all it takes to get banned then some might consider refraining from playing at all.
