Revert abyssal~banshees swap

The "more magic damage around you" is obviously a damage choice and the "block an ability" is obviously a defense choice. There's no reason we shouldve swapped them. It is incredibly unfair that one of our mage hybrid offense/defense items was turned into whatever this mess of an item is.

If we arent reverting the gameplay changes, can we at least change the "abyssal mask" back to "abyssal scepter"? Abyssal mask is ugly and scepter looked a lot better in your inventory imo.
