Mordekaiser needs some buffs

Am i the only one that thinks mordekaiser got a nerf? The only way you get kills are if you flash on low health targets with your 3rd q or when you get a rylais later in the game. You can wait for your support to do something to grab you a kill but only supports like blitzcrank and thresh work really well. When i see morde I think of an adc bruiser that can't do much on his own. I don't think he should have to get rylais just to catch people. He isn't the old mordekaiser where you itemize mostly ap. I have a few ways to make him able to catch people without making him Op. I think you can give his E a 0.75 second knock up and his Ult can slow for 1.5 sec at rank 1 rank 2, 2 second slow and rank 3, 2.5 second slow. I think that is the best way to do his kit. Another thing you can do is make either his first Q or his E slow if you don't want to give him a hard cc. Honestly though I think the first option would be perfect for mordekaiser.
