A different way to Rank

Why don't we all have a rating based on position?

One could easily be a:

Gold 5 top Bronze 2 JG Silver 5 Mid Silver 2 ADC Bronze 5 Supp

So why do we que to the same rank for every position?

Fixing this would be a huge overhaul to ranked, but wouldn't it fix every problem ranked has...especially auto fill
