Bots in normal games

For the past few weeks, I've been getting queued up with 1 or more bots on my team occasionally. It's very infuriating when i play Twisted Treeline and both my team mates are bots. I am unable to surrender because they are considered real players, but in reality they just follow basic AI patterns and go into lane and die very easily. It is the most absurd thing, and frankly makes me and other people not want to play anymore. I shouldn't have to gamble on whether or not I'm going to be matched with real life people as my team mates or even opponents. This is absolutely ridiculous and if Riot doesn't take some initiative and start dealing with the situation, then I along with my friends and countless other people I'm sure, are going to put this game down for good.
