Crit items pass: small changes I would like to see in the upcoming pre-season

It would be a small buff for Corki (who usually builds IE and ER, but no other AS-crit item) and a small nerf to Yasuo's early game (because he would only get 50% crit chance instead of 60% once completed his PD/Statikk). It would also make the choice between rushing IE/ER or an AS-crit item more fair (right now almost everyone picks the second option), while bringing "crit-homogenisation" to ADC builds as well (if you go for a triple-crit-item build, you get either 70% or 80% crit chance; with the change I propose, it would always be 75%).

Lastly, I think it would be wise to take a look at item 3087 item 3094 item 3046 item 3085 balance state. These items should share the same cost (2600 gold) and give the same amount of base stats (40% attack speed, 25% crit chance, and 5% movement speed), because their respective passives should be the major element of discrimination when you have to choose which one to pick. Right now it looks like Statikk and RFC are a bit underwheling, while PD and Runaan seem a bit overtuned. I would delete the Lament passive from PD and lower the AD scaling (from 25% to 20%) on Runaan's bolts, because the waveclear it gives conflicts too much with Statikk's passive and its identity should be based around spreading on-hit effects rather than raw damage.
