Balance Between Teams with players of different ranks.

I would just like to make a complaint because in a recent match I was paired up against a silver which is unfair to me because I am not in the silver tier. I really struggled top lane against my opponent, and would like Riot to investigate and perhaps figure out some way to balance teams with different ranks: match the bronze with bronze; silver with silver, etc. That game was really unfair to me and we lost because I couldn't match my opponent's skill due to being matched with someone in a higher tier.
