When will the new client be usable?

It's not that the new client straight up doesn't work it's just that in draft mode if the champion you wanna play gets picked by the opposing team you have to scramble and pick a new champion, only problem is that the new client freezes up whenever you type in the search bar for 10 seconds or so. The only question I have is when will it be usable, I obviously cannot play ranked in this client due to the potential for unintentional dodging. So has anyone else been experiencing similar problems? When will it work the way it's intended?

Never been an issue for me. Old client was the same way for me as well. It would lag when I type in search. This new one actually has icons that filter for roles like you could specifically filter for mages or assassins.

I always have a back up in mind just in case and I always pay attention during champ select. I think there is a pretty sufficient amount of time for you to be able to pick an alternative champion should your preference be taken just before your turn.

I was definitely paying attention, but anyway, update I've just switched to blind pick and there was a dodge while i was experiencing the lag and by the time my client caught up the match found indicator had already come and gone more and more problems surfacing.
