High Ping for No Reason

3 days ago everything was normal. I was running my game at roughly 42ms, however now I run a steady 60ms with spikes every 3 seconds that go up to 120ms. I play on EUNE and live in Finland. All my friends have good ping and see no change. Does anyone know what to do?
