Le blanc ll be roughly at 42% winrate after those revert changes

#This is why I am suggesting bringing back clone any times she uses R. Give us back this mechanic ); and also lower R cooldown

Some stuff from rework are worth preserving. Clone on her ulti use is the most important one.

Other stuff worth perserving are WQ combo and RR (less priority on RR due to power budget not being infinite)

Riot is fully reverting le blanc but they also decided to add spicy 8 nerfs. Given that Le blanc had around 47% winrate before rework this 8 nerfs ll put her at 42% by my estimation. Which is why I am suggesting this in advance

So yeah when a time comes to buff Le blanc do this over boring number changes. She is a combo juker. She loses lots of juke potentional with the revert

Also her Old passive is bad design and shouldnt be in game.

As far as Her R cooldown. Her live R cooldown is fine keep it at that rather then puting it at 110 seconds
