riot please consider to add CDR on common ap support items, so that they match with other supp items

ap supports is one of the common class in supp role, but the most common ap supp items (liandry, morello, rylai) are pretty expensive & without cdr. meanwhile all enchanter supp items & most of tank supp items have cdr.

i understand that ap supp items should be more expensive than other supp items because they give such a big powerspike, but why are they punished for having items that have no cdr?

i know u can choose Shurelya's Reverie, twin shadow for cdr. twin shadow is decent in ability power wise, but Shurelya's Reverie having TOO LITTLE ap. that limits ap supp to choose either having cdr OR ability power.

i would rather have more ap supp items having that has liandry, morello, rylai passive, a bit lower ap, but have cdr on them. so that ap supp have the limited economy to buy all ap, cdr & the item passive that they want. i just dont understand why ap supp should be limited to 10% or 20% cdr, if they wanna do decent dmg later into the game, meanwhile enchanters can run 40% cdr pretty easily.
