Trading Others With Your Skin Shards?Hextech Crafting!

Well I have been thinking about how you can make hextech crafting better maybe? How about make something like a thing where you can trade skin shards with other player's or your friends skin shards? I was thinking about this because i really wanted one of my friends skin shard so i can turn it into a permanent skin for one of my favorite champs, But we don't have a trading system for skins in hextech crafting so i kinda got disappointed. So i really would appreciate it if you made something like a trading system in League hextech crafting!
