Meta overview, why the game is in a bad/chaotic state and why changes are effecting the game harshly

I loved chaotic back then but thats how bad LOL is now that i don't like associating a word in relative to my show.

SIDE NOTE INTRODUCTION: Lane with most corruption: BOT LANE MID is too weak or too slow to oppose BOT LANE and TOP is too far and have their OWN PROBLEMS in LANE to DEAL WITH. JG will AFK farm and BOT will SNOWBALL from GANKS or STUPID PLAYS. NON CRIT ADC will LOSE LANING PHASE at most times in UNDER PLAT IV.

Meta overview/why this game is not doing too well Lanes effected by changes

Bot lane Source: ADC/Crit

Reason: Crit was changed from 10% true dmg convert to 225% damage(25% damage extra on crits) Because of this they snow ball from IE and crit.

Phantom dancer gives a SHIELD at low HP(30% HP) for ADC(240-600) This gives them EXTRA DEFENCE if you happen to be near their power.(saves them from tower dives and they snowball harder and can't get bursted down)

Sylas release brings skirmisher to mid lane

He can snow ball a lane because of being a skirmisher.

Conqueror stacking slower weakened juggernauts TOP LANE Darius, garen

Top power is LOWER. No benefits happened directly to top laners keystones.

Vladimir is STRONGER.

JG goes BOT and ADC gets snowball from Crit items changes then constantly kills your ADC.

Previous meta Later COMPENSATION is Lord Dominik's Regards going from BONUS to TOTAL.

Assassin item Duskblade damage LOWER so the assassins would have less ROAMING potential and snowballing because its LOWER. 360-150 DAMAGE. Now only REAL ASSASSINS can get duskblade. RIP Garen LETHALITY BUILD. Runes and items for assassins ALL LOWERED DOWN and WEAKENED LOWERING THE EFFECTIVENESS and ROLE for ASSASSINS and gutting NON ASSASSIN champs that liked a LETHALITY BUILD for FUN.

NOTE: Riven STILL keeps OVERPOWERED items to this day like DEATH'S DANCE, SPEAR OF SHOJIN, BLACK CLEAVER AND MORE.
