Tips for climbing?

I am still unsure about how I am failing this climb out of bronze. For the most part, I win lane. I push objectives and I have decent cs. If I see a lane failing, I roam there and help them, help take their tower and then go back to lane to push, with the occasional dragon/baron help. I am just at a loss as to what I am doing wrong.
