Victorious Skin Tokens

Instead of automatically receiving the Victorious skin at the end of the year, could we instead get a token that we can then trade for 1 Victorious skin of our choice?

I just hate that I'll never be able to Get Victorious Janna or Victorious Morgana, unless I buy an account that already has them, just because I wasn't here since Season 2.
