Jungle Proposition

This is only if there's legit no way we can revert the scuttle changes, if we can't than this proposition is what i'd like riot to see, otherwise i means nothing.

First i'd like to point out that the changes to Raptor's camp, Krugs Camp and the removal of Smite Buffs came about as an attempt to make Duelist champs better at getting X camps while making champions with more AOE better at clearing Raptor's and Krugs. But that never came to fruition because a lot of jungler's are balanced around being able to clear everything, even if their focused mostly on Auto Attacks.

Here is my proposition, the current issue that i and many other's are having is that when playing any jungler that can't 1v1 levels 2-5 you kind of just give up scuttle crab, end up 2 levels behind and might even get invaded. This is a HUGE problem because it locks all of those champions out of the game, but what could we do about it?

The answer is quite simple, either give those champions better Dueling potential, or give them faster clear speeds.

This is in my opinion the only level 6 jungler that isn't useless in this meta, the reason why is because of her ridiculous clear speed, she's not a good duelist at all but in terms of clear speed i think she has one of the best in the game if not THE best, this is important because it means that compared to a lot of Duelists who can't do Raptor's early, she can full clear 1 side of the jungle+1 more camp(4 camps) in the same amount of time it takes Udyr for example to get his Buff Camps and 1 scuttle, now while she lost the scuttle she still did a full clear and we know that most of these duelists can't, this is the key to making non-duelist jungler's relevant if we can't revert jungle changes.
