@Meddler What are your thoughts on Vlad after the latest changes?
I feel like he's a lot closer to pre-rework Vlad, which I really enjoy.
The only exception is longer pool CD late game, which screws you out of a lot of plays you used to be able to do, the lower damage on W, far longer CD on E early game, and the lower base MS. The CDs are by far the most noticeable, though. There are very few times where the damage and MS would actually change the outcome of a fight.
Do you think he's looking good so far, or are you looking at putting a little more work into him?
PS: If you ever end up needing to reduce his safety early, I'd suggest removing healing on Q and adding a passive healing bonus, like what was on his original E, to supplement that nerf later in the game. This would also reduce the efficiency of Spirit Visage if you ever need to divorce him from it further due to it becoming around a 14% increase in total healing, as opposed to a 20% increase that the item suggests. That's only if it stacks additively, of course.
