why is this game getting worse why cant riot fix there game

so today I go to play my promo I load into the game with no HUD at all nothing so I have to reconnect putting me behind to a fiora as u can imaging the game was soooooo much fuucking fun . but the game before I bug splat I have played this game for to many years now across different accounts I'm patch after patch something else is broken they release new stupid broken champs I send my time and money on this to get nothing back out of it RIOT have no excuses a game played so much and the amount of money put into this game it should not be happening before releasing any more champions or item updates you might want to think about fixing your game as your going to loose another player to some thing shit like PUBG you don't replace the lost lp even though its you at fault .....makes sense
