what can i say. Boring play style, no skill, no action, outdated busted af kit. Just fix this champion Riot. Its not hard to take a champion and rip apart the busted things about the kit. See my friend is a skill shot champion, heimer could be this. Or if u cant think of anything to fit heimers kit after removing his "free cs" turrets then how about this:

THE TURRETS SHOULD HAVE A DEATH TIMER WITHIN 30 SECONDS, AND COST 50 MANA PER TURRET. How did u miss this simple, simple balance trick. Heimer is so insanely unbalanced at the moment, its stupid. Just fix this champ, he can 2v8 with his turrets only, and etc. fix this garbage no skill champion. Thanks!
