@Riot Meddler Can we expect any sort of buff or change to Lucian?

Again his win rate is way down only second to Kalista as a adc which we know is purposely weak (not saying he needs to have a godly win rate nor am I saying his win rate should not be second to Kalista also not saying its everything but its clear its because he is really weak atm). The whole he is played a lot so his win rate is gonna be low no longer holds true at this point since Vayne, Ezreal, Jhin, and Caitlyn all have higher play rates and all sport at least near 50% win rates.

Of the four armor pen adc's (including Varus) He got hit the hardest from this change since unlike you did with MF and Jhin you nerfed him because he was strong with the build and now his crit build suffers immensely because of the nerfs to keep the armor pen build in check. Though I'm also wondering about that. Why did Lucian get nerfed to the ground when this build was obviously the problem but Miss Fortune and Jhin were left alone( jhin recieved a nerf but its basically a slap on the wrist. Miss Fortune got a buff during this time too.)

Anyway He scales poorly very poorly to the point he is dead last beyond 25 minutes in win rate second to only Kalista. So is he going to get any sort of buff to sort this out or if you guys feel he is too oppressive when strong are you going to rework or retool him at some point?
