Can we have karthus jg back

Any og lol player from s2 or earlier must remember this. I'm not that old. In fact I'm from late into s4 when shyvana top was the way to go. That's how I got started but that's for another thread. I caught wind of karthus jg from Stonewall but I heard he was trash. That's why he's never used. I would've liked to try it for fun but I'll just get flamed for trolling and I don't want to deal with that. So can we have him back as a jg.
