Can we look at in game voice coms again?

Communicating with teammates can be tricky when you are just typing or pinging, and often times I fear typing in the off chance it's taken in offence. Also, with solo players having the chance to be matched with a 4-man team that is likely in skype or curse solo que players will be at a serious disadvantage.

While the arguments against in game voice coms are valid (verbal abuse, annoying squeakers, sexual harassment, scared to talk to people) at this point I feel the majority of the solo que players will be hurt by not being able to communicate with that 4-man premade.

Adding in game voice coms could cure many of the woes this new ranked system will put on solo que players and will certainly encourage team play from everyone that uses it.
