Don't remove the time pre minion spawn pls

There is no reason to do that, saving that one minute just is not worth making minions spawn in the first 10 seconds of a game. Stop trying to implement unneeded changes that nobody never asked for, the only actual reason I can think why all this is happening is to lower game times similar to fortnite. Well guess what fortnite will be a dead game in the next 6 months so stop trying to make league similar in the game length aspect. Invading won't be a thing anymore, no early lane phase interactions with some poke, no deep wards to figure out where they are starting etc. like just why
