Quinn only has 5 skins and one is original, one is nice (its Woad Scout Quinn) and the other tree is trash. Time for an update riot! I looked it up and you have not given quinn a skin for a verry long time now.. 
And I just want a badass legendary/1820 skin for Quinn bc the people is tired of the basic quinn skins that cost 975rp.

This thread is not really about the Gameplay of League of Legends! It is a fine topic (I see nothing wrong with your post), but it simply isn't in the right place. As is, I would recommend putting this in "Story, Art, & Sound," or you could try "Concepts & Creations" if you wanted to propose a new skin for her. I'm going to lock it here for the time being.
