Hextech Gunblade is WAY too expensive.

Considering how powerful the other two hextech items are for such a significantly lower price of 2500 or 3000 gold, 3400 gold for the gunblade that has no health, cdr and the worst active on it seems a bit high.

I get that it's a niche item, but I feel like 3100 or 3200 would be a little more balanced of a pick.
