On a more serious note (not that my first comment wasn't serious), you should focus on one specific champion and learning everything you can about them. Matchups, item builds, etc. I recommend someone who isn't considered "OP" right now because they will likely get nerfed in the future or banned in your ranked games. Learn that champion, be good at them, and you should be able to AT LEAST get to silver, if not climb all the way up to challenger :)
So I actually climbed from B4 range to S1 right now this season, after starting late last year (this is my first MOBA game ever).
Some tips I can recommend from personal experience climbing this season:
Focus on a particular champion or group of champions. For example, I play juggernauts, and have a few backups in case my main gets banned. Playing champs with a similar play style, but different skills, will let you focus more on macro play, rather than micro play, since your micro play will be "muscle memory" against champs you know how to play against. Practice in normal's, and I mean, practice a lot, look up guides or playstyles for your champ, and find what works best for you, not necessarily what is recommended. (Though most of the time what is recommended is best).
CS/wave management. Know how to freeze, break a freeze, push, pull minions towards you, farm under tower.
Memorize power "spikes" for your specific champion, and play off the cooldowns of your opponent to maximize trading.
Ward ward ward. Use your wards, they provide vision which helps you and your team. Memorize the best locations for your wards based on what lane you play, and make sure to ward your jungle, and the enemy jungle, after lane phase. If you have 2 yellow wards up, you're negatively impacting the vision on the map. Use control wards to provide sustained vision in niche spots.
Focus on learning the lane phase. In lower elo's, a lot of the power comes from performing well in lane, since not many know what to do after lane phase has reached a conclusion. If you can snowball yourself using these simple techniques in lane, you can snowball the game more in your favor. Know when you are in an unfavorable matchup using your group of champions you pick, know when to press an advantage, and most importantly, start to know what your role is after lane phase. I personally went up from around 4, to about 7-8 CS/min this season, which translates into more gold, more items, and more pressure on the map, no matter what role you play (minus support).
Be the leader. Put yourself in a position where you can make the shots, where you call off bad calls, where you engage properly and manage yourself and your teammates. Ping when needed, often times pings are all that is needed to communicate to other teammates, not chatting in the chat room.
Remember, you can only control yourself, not your teammates. Do not flame, it does nothing but make others frustrated. Put yourself and your teammates in a positive mood.
Know when to dodge, and know when to lose. Dodging a bad game where people are flaming in pre-game lobby is worth more than losing 15 LP to a bad game. I think more than that though, is knowing how to take a loss. You WILL lose games in League, it happens.
Just play some games. Play a lot of games, play against a lot of opponents, team comps, etc. Just playing a bunch of games and maintaining a 51% win rate means you're climbing, even if you win one, lose one, then win 2 in a row, before losing one, you're still climbing.
I typically break a game into three categories: Early, Mid, Late. Evaluate yourself after each game based on these areas. Did I achieve a 10/10 early game (lane phase)? What could I do differently? What could I improve on? What did I learn from my opponent? How could I have pressed an advantage presented to me?
Do the same for mid and late game, but use the following criteria: How can I, or how did I, help my teammates? Should I have been split-pushing that side lane? Should I have ganked bot instead of top? What plays did I make correctly, and what plays did I learn were not viable to go into? Did I buy the right items in the right order? Did I make good calls and communicate well with my team? Did I flame, and get on tilt? How can I manage my mental state for next time?
These are some of the things that helped me, but learning how to lose was one of the biggest things that helped me. Admitting that I was not (still not) the best helped me learn from opponents and players that were better than me and farther along.
would need to see some replays of your games since each player in bronze is unique so theres no one way to get out unless u abuse an actual overpowered champ that doesnt get hotfixed
Learn to farm.
Try jungle. You can control the game more from the jungle. Also pick one Champion that you enjoy and focus on that one Champ. even if hes not good in all rolls learning on one champion interactions with other champions will help you progress faster than playing lots of other champions.
