Can teleport have its cooldown reduced to match Ignite's lowered cooldown?
Besides pushing sustain builds out of the game entirely, ignite is a "press button to win lane"-spell - it's an obligatory pick in every role due to arms race logic. Its excessively low cooldown means a player with ignite can potentially use it twice in the time it takes teleport to finish its cooldown. It's crowding out EVERYTHING because of its extremely low downtime.
