Game forces itself on you

The biggest issue i have with this game in the 5 years I've been playing is that it increasingly forces itself on the player. within one minute it will force you to have this window open 3 times. Not only does this affect anything you may be doing in the background but it also affects the game itself. i couldn't count the number of times it has made me reroll a champion or switched masteries or rune pages just from having my mouse in that location when it forces itself to be open. Why would i need to see the screen 5 seconds before it loads in if i locked in and set everything 45 seconds ago? I agree that with certain people who have very poor short term memory it would help in remembering that they are playing league when going to switch a song on pandora or whatever else they may be doing but the majority of players wouldnt need this reminder 3 times in a minute. At least make an option to not have the game force fed into my retinas and dominate my screen.
