I know this is a matchmaking stereotype...but atm im sick of every second game getting a 0/5 bot lane at 10 minutes, or jungler thats afk farming and doing nothing all game...
I've been having trouble finding out who to main recently, but now I just want someone who can carry a bad team to victory.
Does anything like that even exist? What role is best for this? What champions?
I main mid/top/adc preferably.

A lot of people will say you need to play assassins, but assassins and other teamfight champions rely too much on snowballing a lead, and if your team is trash they won't be able to do this. Play splitpush toplaners. Jax is the best champion for this, but here are some others if you don't like the champ: 
Either mages who can oneshot a fed carry safely from range, a decent Orianna will take out any medium range ADC who can't avoid her combo, or top lane splitpushers who can 1v2/3 with played well.
I've forced surrenders by myself with Fiora, when my entire team had negative KD's
That being said, unless you're a very long range mage, Caitlyn's will ruin your day. She outduels most carry top laners, assuming you flash onto her and she has no flash either, and she has equal range to the midrange mages, so she will likely kill you before you kill them.
