Certain champs and restricted items?
Would there ever come a point that to balance certain champions that it would be easier to restrict choice items?

I don't see any items on any champions that should be restricted. If an item makes for an awesome combo with a champion I don't see why they can't get it. As long as it doesn't break the game (as in bugs) that is.
