Make MS Quints a flat increase instead of percentage
Do you think MS quints would be more useful as a flat increase?

Percentages almost always scale better in league over flat.
Don't change something thats not broken.
We get a bunch of percentage increases from items already. Flat would scale pretty good. the only place you get flat ms is from boots and phange(unless you have it in your kit).
