Hextech Trading?

So this just happened to my buddy and I, where he just unlocked a weather girl Janna shard, but never plays her.

It would be really cool if there was a way we could trade champion/cosmetic shards and permanents.

The only problem I see is maybe it could create bots so there might need to be a level restriction on it, or use a token system based on how many games you play with that friend (1/ten games)
