Skarner
What if Skarner's W acted as a black shield along with the speed up? It can be broken from AP or AD but just a thought. OP or would he still be useless?

with the current valus, probably even more broken than morgana and her cused shield. However, you could add slow imunity, or alteast reduction or tenacity. Right now, scarners mobillity is counterd by hard cc and slows, just as you usually udyr, but on top you can even shut down his mobillity with raw damage. I think if he therfor wouldn't be as vulnerable to usall cc, it just would be fair.
Skarner really isn't that bad; such a change would be way overboard. That's a huge buff.
Skarner is really healthy right now, just really underplayed. He has tremendous skirmishing potential and chasing potential, and team utility. As a Skarner main I can assure you that he needs no buffs, at least not one that big.
