Playing the Same Champion Continuously?

Alright, so i just have one question, and that would is playing the same champion over and over again without a change efficient and does it make you better with the champ? In my case i have been just jungling Udyr, i love his style and have been doing quite well on him. I have has some rough games here and there and i just want to know whether i should change it up every now and again or if i can continuously play him and be able to master him among other champs like this. Speaking of rough games, i have just been playing games that i completely just fail, i can't tell if its my team or not so i just blame myself because the jungler is the common scapegoat for loses. If anyone could answer this, give me some tips on mastering a champ, and perhaps some helpful things i can do as an Udyr main. (I've been playing Udyr for awhile, but not maining him, I've only recently picked him up as a main, i am familiar with his basics)

Yes Sticking to one champ will greatly improve your play. Once you no longer need to think about which buttons to press when, you can actually pay attention to what you are even doing.

However don't play that champ exclusively, every second or third game, do something different, get into lane (even with Udyr, but also with others), and use the free weak to play other champs, also other junglers.

You don't need to get good with any one it, a couple of games is all you need to get a graps on the role or the champ. Doing it yourself will give better results in a few games than just playing along or playing against will ever do.

The better you know how laners play the better you can decide on when and how to gank. Also when you know what a champ can do and what not, you'll have an easier time fighting them.

if you are following the same path and the same build every game.. then you are just wasting your time

every game you play try different methods of play.. build items that fit the situation.. it totally depends upon what scenario it is

i had bought lee sin around april cause everyone said he was op.. i cant even describe how bad i was with him and wasnt able to make a single play, because i followed a similar build from a guide.. i refunded him for runes under a month

now i bought him again some months ago and i still sucked balls with him 1 full day, i got to play lee sin every game, and my scores were horrible

i found out that my build was wrong.. i went in customs and tried out different builds and jungle paths now i am way better with him that i was earlier

that's all i have to say

a side note: watch trick2g's stream on twitch.tv he's an udyr god player.. you'll learn a lot from him

playing the same champ allows you to find mistakes you make and adjust. It will make you great at playing that one champ and minor help general mechanics with other champs.

If you are really enjoying a champ stick to them if you want to get better.

I played Singed for a long time and stopped playing him for months, still my best champ.

yeah adjust builds...like alot i got like full ad/as build, everyones ahead bruiser builds, im doing pretty good speedy tank enemy aggravator build, we are all doing pretty bad/i wanna fuq with the enemy team

tbh, i found that for damage, more or less same build everytime tank is pretty much mix and match with visage/banshees/omen/sunfire

abilities too I have to kill fking everyone: go tiger I have to kill fking everything: go phoenix I have to fking not get killed: go bear and turtle

Practice makes perfect, so of course playing a champ a lot will make you better with them.
