Sion during passive too plz. It's not like he can catch you anyway, since he doesn't really run faster (except the 1.5 sec boost that is required to close the gap your revival delay creates in the first place).

I just want it so the less HP he has, the more move speed he gets. He gets smaller with less health, therefore is lighter and should be able to move faster. Thematically fits! rito please

sion literally just got a slight nerf to make him not OP. sions easily in a good spot right now. not pick or ban like he use to be but he is by no means weak
